Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my valued guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
